I'v had real good luck at San Diego Trailer Supply for parts and have never heard anything bad about their service. Also there is a shop on Broadway between first and second sts on the north side of the street in El Cajon that I've had good luck on parts, hope this helps

From what the op wrote I would say the diaphragm in the pressure reg. has gone bad.
the diaphragm can be bought for less then $15.00 at any of your better parts houses.
I bought one a couple of months ago at car quest for around $13.00 it's very easy to replace the kit also comes with 2 springs just make sure you install the proper spring:)
